New Regulations on Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) Application

Due to the new federal regulations for the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) Local 47's Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) has been modified to the new regulations.
Access to the Blue Cross website and to the online Health Risk Appraisal application, are accessible once again.
Anyone who has already completed the HRA should have already received an updated HRA application from GemGroup. The updated application needs to be executed and returned to GemGroup. The new deadline has been extended to December 31, 2009 due to the revision.
You may also contact GemGroup @ 800-242-8923 or the local union office and request a revised HRA application.
We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause you however, it is the result of the new federal regulations which just became effective.
